Born on the edge of the countryside and crafted with heart, Whitebottom Farm Spirits is a small-batch spirits collection inspired by the land we live on and the characters—both human and animal—who share it with us.

Every bottle begins at Whitebottom Farm and is handcrafted by Hooting Owl for us, shaped by nature, community, and a deep love of flavour. From wild botanicals and carefully sourced ingredients to slow, thoughtful distillation, our spirits are made to reflect place, personality, and purpose.

Each spirit is named after an animal that forms part of our extended farm family—dogs, cats, horses, calves and wildlife—each with their own story, temperament and soul. Those personalities are woven directly into the liquid inside: bold, gentle, playful, wild, smooth or quietly powerful.

Our collection spans gins, rums and vodka, all handcrafted in small batches, with an emphasis on:
